1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the conditions of access to and use of the services offered by Ivelix, an online software for creating and managing quotes and invoices.

Use of paid services implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

3. Service Description

Ivelix is a SaaS (Software as a Service) accessible online and allows, in particular:

Creation and management of quotes and invoices
Management of clients and documents
Access to free features and paid features

The service is accessible via a user account.

4. Offers and Subscriptions

Some features are offered as paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions are monthly, with no commitment.
Payment is made in advance for each period.
The subscription renews automatically at each term.
The user may cancel at any time from their account or by contacting support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
No prorated refund is provided for a period already started.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and may be changed at any time.

Payment is made via a secure provider (Stripe).

In case of payment failure, access to paid features may be suspended.

6. Service Delivery

Access to paid features is activated immediately after payment validation.

The service is provided online and accessible via an internet browser.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the execution of the digital service has started immediately after payment, with the user's express consent.

8. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

Provide accurate information
Use the service in accordance with applicable law
Not attempt to disrupt or divert the operation of the service
Keep their credentials confidential

The user remains solely responsible for the data they create or store in the service.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”.

The publisher cannot be held liable for:

data loss resulting from improper use
temporary service interruptions
indirect damages related to the use of the service

The user is responsible for backing up their data.

10. Intellectual Property

The entire service, content, code, interfaces, and visual elements are the exclusive property of the publisher.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Changes to the Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

The new terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
