Does this create a new invoice in the legal sense?

No. The imported invoice remains a faithful reproduction of a document already issued elsewhere — it keeps its original number and date, and never enters the sequential numbering counter of your new invoices.

Are the extracted amounts modified or recalculated?

No, amounts and information are extracted exactly as printed on the original document, never recalculated. You can review and correct every field before confirming the import.

Can I import a large batch of invoices at once?

Yes, you can drop several PDF files at once — each one is processed and presented individually for review before import.

What happens once an invoice is imported?

It appears in your invoice list with an "Imported" badge, and stays viewable and downloadable as PDF at any time.
