Ivelix's self-service invoicing lets you create a quote or an invoice with no account: fill in a form (issuer, client, product lines, VAT rate) and watch the document build up live, next to the form — like a PDF preview that updates as you type.
Once you're happy with the result, a Print / Download PDF button gets you the document instantly. Your company details stay remembered from one visit to the next, so you never have to retype them.
Important note on invoices: unlike a quote, an invoice must legally carry chronological, gap-free numbering. The self-service tool leaves the number as free text, with no compliance guarantee — fine for a one-off need, but if you invoice regularly, an Ivelix account handles that numbering automatically, with mandatory legal mentions included.
