How does the Stripe / Ivelix connection work?

In Ivelix, you create a Stripe configuration for your organization: a label, a unique webhook URL and your Stripe signing secret. When a payment is received on your Stripe account, Stripe sends an event to that URL, Ivelix verifies the signature and automatically creates the invoice.

Does Stripe have access to my Ivelix data?

No. The flow is entirely one-way: Stripe sends events to Ivelix, but Ivelix has no access to your Stripe account. No Stripe secret key is stored.

Does it work for recurring subscriptions?

Yes. Subscription renewals trigger an `invoice.paid` event in Stripe, which Ivelix receives and processes to create a new invoice on every renewal.

What if I have multiple Stripe accounts?

You can connect multiple Stripe accounts to the same organization (or to different organizations). Each config has its own webhook URL and its own signing secret.

Do I need technical skills to set up the integration?

No. The setup is done entirely through the Ivelix interface and the Stripe dashboard, without writing a single line of code. It takes less than 5 minutes.

Are the generated invoices compliant with tax regulations?

Yes. Ivelix invoices maintain sequential numbering without gaps, as required by tax authorities. They are issued and dated at the time of payment, with the correct tax status.

Ivelix becomes the single source of truth: only Ivelix invoices are authoritative, Stripe receipts are ignored.
